1 Acceptance and Consent

3 Account Management

3.1 Registration

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account. Accounts opened on the basis of false information may be cancelled at any time and the balance of such accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Password and Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately. 111bk will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Ownership

Each account is for the personal use of one individual only. Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but individual identity verification is required for each account.

3.4 Updating Information

If your personal details (name, address, phone number, email) change, update them on the platform immediately or inform the support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning (deposit + bonus) × 10 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies once per account and once per household.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• 111bk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

Regularly active members will receive benefits across three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Tiers are upgraded through regular play. Each tier has its own conditions, and 111bk reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

6 Gameplay Guidelines

All games on 111bk are conducted on fair and transparent principles. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results. If a technical error occurs in a game:

• Bets affected by the error will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• Winnings displayed as a result of an error are not valid — 111bk reserves the right to correct this.
• If the connection is lost, the outcome of the ongoing game will be determined according to the server's records.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violations will result in permanent account closure:

1. Fraud, forgery, or misuse of bonuses.

4. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
6. Fraudulent activity against other members.

8. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

10 Account Closure

111bk may close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• If an account is found to have been opened using false information.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement agencies.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may be deducted monthly from accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. Members will be notified by email in advance regarding the fee.

11 Limitation of Liability

111bk will not be held liable in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a delay occurs due to an error by a third-party payment service provider.
• If a member's login information is leaked due to their own negligence.
• During unexpected technical errors or server maintenance.
• For violation of local laws regarding online gaming in the member's country.

111bk's total liability will never exceed the amount of the member's most recent transaction.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

111bk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

13 Applicable Law
